We offer personal training whether you are an experienced athlete or coming to training for the first time. Our personal training sessions are suitable for people from all walks of life and experiences. We have trained runners, sailors, swimmers, dancers, and gymnasts as well as military personnel, professional sportspeople, and Olympic athletes. BUT you don’t have to be a professional athlete to train with us – our personal training and movement coaching sessions are for anyone looking for a safe, inspiring and effective way to get fitter, move better, and stay injury-free.
For athletes we have a 3 phases of Athletic development programmes
- Junior Athlete (9 years to 16 years)
- Senior Athlete (16 years to 30 years)
- Mature Athlete (30 years and above)
All 1:1 programmes include elements of movement screening in order to identify areas of restriction or dysfunction which may inhibit progress or be implicated in injury. We call this ‘Weak Point Identification’. Following on, your programme incorporates your corrective strategies to address these issues as it moves you through your athletic development appropriate to your goals.

We have introduced a new online 1:1 coaching programme including monthly Zoom check in and bespoke home training programmes.
The last few years have caused us all some real challenges with interruptions to training and momentum. We have been working hard to help our clients maintain motivation and structures for ongoing training. As you don’t always have access to the gym and to reach more people committed to their training we have created our Online Performance Development Programme. We have now launched and started to sign up our first UK and international athletes.
THE EMPHASIS FOR THE ONLINE PROGRAMME IS OUR UNIQUE FOUNDATIONS WORK THAT TARGETS CORE STRENGTH AND CONTROL.
Injuries and niggles often emerge as a response to the neglect of deep foundational strength. By developing our online version of this unique aspect to our work we can deliver a programme that allows you to maintain and continue to develop your foundational strength so you can stay injury free and achieve more. The programme includes;
- Regular gym program emailed to you including stroke / goal specific content.
- Regular Zoom reviews to discuss progress, targets, nutrition, mindset, and to teach new
- Emergency response Zoom or email to advise regarding any emerging issues or injury. Cost £199 monthly.
