I’m even more proud of one of my star clients, Olympic Gold Medalist Ruta Meilutyte. Ruta is safeguarding her future by ensuring she studies hard this year as well as swims hard to make her future a success whatever she chooses to do. Elite sportsmen and sportswomen are well aware they never know what is round the corner – one serious injury can jeopardise their whole careers so this is a smart move by Ruta.
