New Kettle Club Sessions

Hooray! We are continuing our outdoor exercise with Kettlebell Club at Mount Wise. We have had great fun swinging and shifting kettlebells so far and are excited to be carrying on Tuesday evenings 5.30-6.15pm.

Exercise with Kettlebells is fun, varied and accessible. Kettlebells are easy to incorporate into your daily routine and super fun to do in a small group. Come and join us for mobility, strength and cardio-vascular fitness this is an enjoyable, dynamic workout with top movement coach, Paris Payne. We provide all equipment and we work outside in all but the wettest weather. Whether you are already a Kettlebell fan or coming to them for the first time Kettlebell Club is suitable for you.

Sessions are held in small groups of 6 and we operate to high Covid-secure standards. All equipment is provided and sanitised before and after use.

Sessions are payable in advance and payment taken online only. Cost is £8 a session or £30 for 4. You can use your purchased sessions when you like but you must book ahead.
