Hip ExercisesComing soon to PhysioConditioning is a complete range of exercise demonstrations covering the shoulders, core and hip as well as TRX specific exercises for the whole body.

These demonstrations will initially be available for all members of the public visiting the PhysioConditioning website but they will be of particular benefit to our clients who are often required to do strength and functional movement exercises away from the clinic to speed their recovery and aid results. These clients will be pointed to the relevant demonstrations on this site to do between clinic visits.

The demonstrations will be continually added to so we recommend you visit the site on a regular basis to develop your exercise routine.
