I offer 3 phases of Athletic development programmes:
Junior Athlete (9 years to 16 years)
Senior Athlete (16 years to 30 years)
Mature Athlete (30 years and above)
All programs start with a functional movement screen (included in course fee) in order to identify any areas of restriction or dysfunction which may inhibit development or lead to injury. I call this ‘Weak Point Identification’. Following this screening the programme starts with ‘Weak Point Training’ to correct these issues and then moves on to global athletic development appropriate to each age range.
